Unfortunately, orders are non-cancellable once payment has been made.
How do I return the item?
Send your items back within 30 days after the date of receipt for a full refund. All return items must be in the perfect condition you received them and in the original box or packaging with tag.
1. Send us an email email@example.com to obtain shipping instructions
2. Prepare the item for return along with the original box/packaging, tag and invoice.
3 Send it back to us.
We'll take care of the shipping cost if it is due to incorrect, damaged or defective item.
Otherwise, you'll be responsible for the courier cost.
Please note that if you choose to mail your item back via normal post, you assume the risk that the package may get lost, and we accept no responsibility. We strongly recommend you to use registered postage to prevent lost mail.
Do bubble wrap your items to prevent it from damaging.
All items in "sales" or purchases with a promotional code are not allowed for any returns or exchanges.
Do give us 5 to 10 working days to process your returns and get back to you.
